Seed to Sale Show 2019 will take place from February 12-13, 2019 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA.

The expo hall will be open from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST on Monday, February 12th and from 11:00 AM - 4:30 PM PST on Tuesday, February13th. View more about our expo hall.

No, discount codes do not apply to all products. Registration discounts apply only to the "Conference & Expo Pass" full ticket.

Yes. You may transfer your registration to your lucky colleague. Be sure to give us as much notice as possible, otherwise they’ll be wondering why their name badge has your name on it.

You should receive a confirmation receipt from [email protected] immediately after your transaction is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam.

Yes. Not all sessions prepare PowerPoint presentations but for those that do, we are emailing a bit.ly link to you during the event so you can download the presentations slides in a PDF format. Don’t worry, we have staff on-site that can answer any questions about any problems accessing conference materials online.

Cancellations received up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the conference are refundable in full. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire conference fee, minus a $100 service fee. The remainder of your credit may apply toward a future conference. Please note that if you do not cancel at least 1 day prior to the event and/or do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Hotel and Travel

Seed to Sale Show 2019 will be held at the Hynes Convention Center located at 900 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02115.

The official hotel of Seed to Sale Show 201 is the Sheraton Boston Hotel. 

A block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate of $129/night for reservations made before January 21, 2019. Be sure to reference "NCIA Seed to Sale Show" at time of reservation.

After this date, the hotel may no longer honor the discounted rate. Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. Click here to reserve your room.

Within a three-block walk of the Hynes Convention Center are numerous parking garages totaling over 4,400 spaces. There is limited meter parking available around the Hynes and adjacent streets. Business intelligence

NCIA members receive exclusive free access to real-time consumer market data through the GreenEdge online portal, brought to members in partnership with BDS Analytics. The portal provides NCIA members with standardized measures of industry sales performance and growth from the four most developed adult retail marijuana markets: California, Colorado, Washington, and Oregon (more states to come!).

Recognition

NCIA members stand out in a rapidly growing industry because they are recognized as responsible businesses that have agreed to a basic code of ethics and are invested in the future of the cannabis industry through their support for NCIA’s work. Members are listed in our online membership directory (with higher level members getting prefered placement), which is a go-to resource for industry leaders. Members also receive a digital “member badge” for their website as well as a sticker and certificate to hang in their facility.

Speaking opportunities and Expert Calling Network

NCIA members may apply to present at any of the association’s national conferences or Quarterly Cannabis Caucuses. Members may also apply to participate in NCIA’s Expert Calling Network, which allows members to list themselves online and be paid by the hour for consulting calls. NCIA members looking to access experts in the network receive a discount on call fees.

Discounts and exclusive services

NCIA members are eligible for exclusive discounts on products and services within the association’s network. Many members report covering 100% of their membership dues or even a net-savings by joining NCIA and taking advantage of member discounts.

Networking Events
